FAQ
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes we definitely do. We will travel all over South Africa with very affordable travel rates, to capture your special day.
Do I need to pay to book?
Yes! Payment confirms booking. A 30% non-refundable payment is required to book your date and time. The rest of the amount can be paid off, but needs to be paid in full 2 weeks before the date. No dates will be reserved without payment.
How many photos do I get?
We edit all editable photos, we do have a minimum that we supply but we try to give you as much edited photos as possible. We give so much photos because we want you to relive and remember the day. The smiles and the moments.
Can I get the original content taken?
Unfortunately not. We try to give you as much edited photos as possible, there is no need for originals. Our work is to provide you with the best version of the day.
Do you do printing?
We can not take the task upon ourselves and prefer clients to make use of their own suppliers.
How will I receive my photos/video?
Once we are finished editing your photos, we send it via Pixieset to your email. You can download them from the link with the password provided. The link does not expire and you are welcome to forward it to family and friends. Your videos will be sent via Wetransfer to your email. We also upload them to our YouTube channel.
How long does editing take?
We try to finish your photos and video as soon as possible, because we know the excitement is real. We will send you a sneak peek the week after your special day. Editing takes up to 8 weeks. Please only start following up from 4 weeks.
Why are your services not expensive?
Our prices are so low because we have so much more to learn. Even though we have been on this road for almost 5 years, we want to be the best version we can provide. We want to enjoy our journey and keep on growing. Clients should remember us and the experience we gave, not how much we charged them. We want every bride to be able to have the memories of her special day without giving up a kidney.
Can I choose my own song for my videos?
Unfortunately we don't have the rights to use known artist songs and we are only allowed to use royalty free music. We can only send you these to choose from.
